Christine Zadel is a married mother of 3 and a qualified accredited Certificate IV Personal Trainer registered with Fitness Australia. Christine has been involved in fitness and bodybuilding for over 20 years and has been dominating competitions since 2002. She has won titles in the INBA, WNBF and IFBB, taking the IFBB Australasian Championships and the IFBB Amatuer Grand Prix titles in 2011.
