Louise has been weight training since she was 20 years old and decided to compete in 2008 and did two shows - a local qualifier and then the British finals, both of which she won. From there she qualified for the IFBB world championships in Italy where she earned her pro card. Other than training 6 times a week she also works full time in a management job within the care sector, does personal training part time, some advertising work and a female training television show on satellite television. She also enjoys socializing, clubbing, shopping, reading, music, playing with her puppy!
