Vanessa Campbell is an IFBB Pro in the bikini class, and living in Florida was not motivation enough to get herself into beachbody form. It was the beautiful, muscular, yet feminine body of Ava Cowan on the cover of a muscle magazine that did it.
She became a certified personal trainer and after her 2nd child was born she decided to push herself and train harder to get to a competition level. She won her first competition placing wining both the her division and Overall title and at the 2010 Team Universe earned her Pro Card.
