Carmen is from a small town in Carlisle, Ontario, Canada. She  has been in the fitness industry since 1991. Starting as a receptionist in a small all ladies facility and is now a top personal trainer and fitness instructor, already winning the fitness instructor of the year title for the Alliance Group. Her beauty and amazing body has led to her being featured in magazines and on numerous websites

Her first experience with competitive fitness was in 2006. She has competed in many competitions, starting with fitness model, now figure and bikini.
