Kristi Bruce is from a small town in Kentucky and got hooked on bodybuilding in her senior year of college the very first time she lifted weights. She kept on lifting and with a little help later went straight into competitions. She won at the first time of asking at the NPC level and we hope to see much more of her in the future.
