Lauren Powers is a competitive bodybuilder, wrestler, actress, dancer, fantasy girl and one of the more famous bodybuilders outside of the sport because of her exciting and vibrant attitude.
In 1994 she joined the local Fire Department and started training with weights to pass the physical agility test, she loved the changes and never looked back.
